I can definitely hear similarities between Mushonga and fellow artist Solange as their creations both have a contrasting dynamic, featuring a fast paced synth paired with a delicate female voice. This creates a fun, upbeat and busy climax to the song and an all round banger. a chant to rally the troops possibly.Īs the song progresses, the drum beats speed up and the sound effects are like something taken straight from a video game. The line “‘cause she’s a calculated killer” repeatedly hits on one note so it’s closer to rap or even a chant….
